Job Description
This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to expand business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the steel industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include market research, proposal development, and collaboration with internal teams to align business goals with client needs.
Skills You Need

2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial services.

Working knowledge of bid processes, proposals, and contract based sales environments

Ability to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through award

Experience building relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, and industry partners

Strong understanding of project lifecycles, from preconstruction through execution
